 Finely chop to add fiery flavour to any dish. Or serve as an antipasto filled with cream cheese – the perfect counterpoint to the jalapeño flavour.

Jalapeños can also be stuffed with cheese, crab, mushrooms or minced beef, dipped in batter and deep-fried. Serve with a sour cream dip. The only limit is the chef’s imagination!
