      <td scope="" dir="" lang="" align="" valign="middle"><h3>Chilli and Balsamic Flavoured Chicken with Grilled Patty Pans</h3>SERVES 4<br /><br /><b>4 chicken breasts, cut into strips<br />120ml olive oil<br />120ml balsamic vinegar<br />1 ½ tbsp salt and black pepper<br />1 red chilli, diced finely<br />1 tbsp honey<br />12 Carara patty pans, grilled<br />Sprigs of watercress and rocket<br />Onion sprouts and chillis,<br />for garnish<br /></b><br />Combine olive oil, vinegar, chilli, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken strips and allow to marinade for 35 minutes. Remove chicken strips from marinade, place on a griddle pan and grill until cooked – just a few minutes. Cut patty pans into pieces, season with salt and pepper and grill for 2–3 minutes. Add honey to marinade and reduce over a high heat. Arrange chicken on a serving plate and drizzle with reduced sauce. Top with watercress and rocket. Place grilled patty pans on top of greenery and garnish with onion sprouts and chilli.<br /><br /><br /></td>
