MAKES 24<br /><br /><strong>12 Carara red jalapeños<br />12 Carara green jalapeños<br />1 tub (230g) cream cheese<br />Sprigs of parsley, for garnishing</strong><br /><br />Lightly beat cream cheese to a smooth consistency. Then, using a piping bag, fill each jalapeño. Finish with a flourish – top the open end of each pepper with a swirl of cream cheese and a small sprig of parsley. Pile the colourful peppers on a platter and serve with extra cream cheese and crispy bread.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
