Skewered Pork and Grape Kofta with Gourmet Chutney Yoghurt dipping sauce

20 Skewers soaked in water

Ingredients

500gr pork mince
½ red onion finely chopped
2 tsp cherry peppers chopped
2 tsp fresh ginger grated
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp fennel seed
¼ tsp ground pepper

Gourmet Chutney Yoghurt Dipping Sauce

Combine and bowl the following:

1 cup Greek Yoghurt 1 Tbsp Gourmet Chutney 1 Tbsp chopped mint 1 Tbsp chopped coriander ½ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 180°c. In a large bowl combine the mince, onion, cherry peppers, herbs and spices. Thread 2 grapes along a wooden skewer, then cover with the mince mixture to form a sausage shape. Continue with the remaining grapes and mince.

Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the skewers until browned. Place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven until cooked through 15-20 minutes.

Serve with the Gourmet Chutney yoghurt dipping sauce and garnish with cherry pepper slices and coriander.
