10 slices deli meat of your choice ( I used peppered ham but roast beef, pastrami, salami etc all work well)
1 cup spreadable spring onion and chive cream cheese
10 Asparagus spears blanched
Sliced cherry peppers
Fresh Basil leaves
Gourmet Chutney to garnish
Spread the cream cheese over the peppered ham.
Place a strip of cherry peppers down the centre. Lay an asparagus spear on top and a basil leaf off centre to the top left.
Roll up tightly and neaten by slicing 1cm off the bottom edge.
Garnish each roll-up with Carara Gourmet Chutney.
