Carara pickled cherry peppers
Cream cheese, flavoured with chives, to taste
Optional, if you prefer a guacomole stuffing to a plain cream cheese stuffing:
Stuff the product with cream cheese or the guacamole mix.
Dip the stuffed product in the beaten eggs, followed by the cornflour, and the coat in the breadcrumbs.
Heat 2cm of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, and fry the cherry peppers until golden.
